What Do I Do Befor You come?

There is very little you need to do to prepare for our arrival. The only things we ask is that you remove any fragile or valuable items off of any furniture you might want moved & Pick up any items that might make us blush, off the floor.

What Happens When You Arrive?

We Conduct a pre-inspection of the carpets to be cleaned, noting any heavily soiled areas, stains or traffic patterns.

Test  your carpet type ( so we know how to Cleanyour carpeting) Discuss the process with you and answer any questions you may have. Give you an exact price for what ever package you choose. 

Carefully move any furniture you wish to be moved.(except very large items, such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment armoires, etc.).

Vacuum the carpets to be cleaned to remove any dry soil.

Pre-spray the carpet and  any areas of concern to ensure the most thorough cleaning.

Clean the entire area using our exclusive Hot Carbonated Extraction method( the Powerhead).

Return your furniture to its original location, placing protective pads underneath. We Rake the carpets for an added touch. 

We then like for you to take a look at the cleaned carpets to make sure you are satisfied

What do I do When you leave?

You can walk on the carpets right away, wear white socks or just bare feet (so as not to track dirt on the clean carpets)

Be sure to leave the protective pads under furniture legs in place for 24 hours. (to insure there is no furniture stain) 

Be careful when walking from damp, carpeted areas onto hard surfaces to avoid slipping.
