     We believe in honest pricing, without hidden fees.  We only charge for the actual square footage of carpets cleaned.  We know that area or room pricing can be deceptive and full of hidden costs.  We never charge extra for vacuuming, light furniture moving, or mileage fees within our territory of Polk, Warren, and Dallas Counties.

          Did you know Chem-Dry has a patent on pet urine removal?  We use a powerful, yet safe, oxidizer that breaks down the urine crystals so they can be extracted and removed.  Other companies use enzymes which only kill the bacteria feasting on the urine, but the urine crystals remain.  We guarantee the urine is gone, and the smell as well.
