I have the highest regard for Gary and his incredible customer service. He has been dependable and thorough in his work. He has saved our company thousands of dollars in replacement of carpet, as he has been able to clean difficult stains out of carpets (others had tried before and were not successful). He has an excellent ability to assess a carpet, give you options, and is always honest about what he feels is the best way to proceed. Sometimes that means he doesn’t clean and we have to replace a carpet. He is not just a carpet cleaner. I have found him to be a great resource for us, a trustworthy expert in his field.

Gary is punctual and has been available on short notice. He has wonderful follow through, always calling if he says he will. He is sensitive to my tenants and always works around the different activities and schedules in the building. He is professional, friendly, responsive, hard working, clean, and flexible.

This letter is a recommendation for Viking Chem-Dry and its owner Gary Eikum. Gary has been doing spot cleaning and some of the annual cleaning of carpets at the 7500 York Cooperative. It is a rare stain that Gary cannot get out. There are some of the residents here that have used Gary for carpet cleaning in their own units. In over 10 years of cleaning, and spot cleaning I’ve not had one complaint. He is very personable with the residents and my staff as well.
