1. First we do a black light evaluation, it is not alway pleasant for the home owner but it is the most effective way to find urine deposits. Severity of the odor is determined.
2. We apply a disinfectant sanitizer if recommened
3. Clean and rinse the pet urine deposits from the carpet with our advanced Truck-Mount Cleaning System
4. Apply P.U.R.T. back into the urine deposit areas and allow to break down remaining odor for 24-48 hours
