by Mike Feb 2, 2008	Wow! Chemdry of Summerville was the right choice. Greg, the owner, is a true professional who provided outstanding customer from my first call to completion of work. He answered all of my questions (especially about the difference between Chemdry and steam cleaning, and if and when I needed carpets professionally cleaned) and there was absolutely no sales pitch, just honest recommendations and advice. The price incredible! Greg came to our house after business hours (that was the only time we could be at home), and completed the entire job. As a matter of fact, on one of our Turkish rugs I had cleaned, I forgot to ask him to clean the back of it as well. I called Greg and again he came after hours and recleaned it with no charge. This is a local business that takes pride in what they do and truly uphold the customer's interest. I highly recommend Chemdry of Summerville. by LF from Charleston, SC Oct 25, 2006	The best cleaning system I have ever seen! For starters a polite, knowledgeable and professional person answered the phone when I called. I had a lot of questions b/c I have never used this type of cleaning before. The owner spent 15 minutes answering my questions and explaining the process, never rushing me. The cleaning was better than I thought possible and instead of being in and out in 20 minutes like my past cleaner. The owner spent 1 1/2 hours cleaning. My base boards got wiped down and front porch swept off. Nice touch. I am a customer for life! Thank you for putting my faith back in customer service! Lynn F. The candle wax and gum that got left behind by 3 different cleaners is now gone! I have never tipped a carpet cleaner until today. If you want a thorough, professional this is it! He was very thorough and was interested in doing the best job possible. I was very pleased with the cleaning as I had never used Chem Dry before. I will never go back to the steam cleaning as it never really seemed clean and it was always so wet. The Chem Dry experience was one that I have recommended to all my friends as well. I also had some urine stains from my pets and Chem Dry has special cleaning that will remove urine stains and odor. Thanks Greg for a wonderful job at a reasonable price! Best cleaning done I have ever had on my carpets by any cleaning company. chemDry of Summerville is the best!
I found them in my local yellow pages & when I called the owner answered the phone he was very detailed and answered all my questions, he was also very patient and didn't rush me into using his service. When they came over to do my carpets the owner walked around first and took the time to speak with me about my carpets, he was very knowledgeable and even educated me on the kind of fibers of my carpet. The work was impeccable and he delivered what he promised, a clean carpet. I ended up having my white couch and loveseat done, can you believe that he got out brown crayons and blue ink from my couch. I was very comfortable with the pricing too, I am a single mother of two boys and did not feel that I was overcharged at all. I now have Chem Dry of Summervillle clean my carpet couch & loveseat every 3 mths & it only takes about 2 hours to dry. Never will go back 2 steam cleaning! (Hide)

Chem Dry lives up to its name: After years of alternating between self cleaning with wet vacs and using random steam cleaning companies, I finally understand what it's like to have my carpet cleaned well. Local agent Greg Phillips even took time to move furniture and work on traffic areas. The carpet dried in about an hour. I couldn't be a more satisfied customer. Thanks.
