I called Suburban Chem-Dry to tell them how pleased my wife and I were with the cleaning Matt did for us. Matt was a gentleman and very nice young man. We had had our carpets cleaned by steam cleaners and rented units but never saw the results that Suburban Chem-Dry gave us. In fact, I had gone to Home Depot with the intention of renting a cleaning machine when they told me about the Chem-Dry process. Until now, my wife and I had all but given up on "Carpet Cleaners". I had also just about given up thinking our carpet could be cleaned and was just about ready to replace it. Now it looks great! It was also nice that the carpets were dry this morning!
