About Suburban Chem-Dry
Patti Bagwell and her son Hunter
Rick Bagwell started in the carpet cleaning business in 1991, when he started Suburban Chem-Dry and Chem-Dry of Gainesville. He bought one franchise in DeKalb County and has grown the business to include six franchises serving the following counties: DeKalb, Gwinnett, Barrow, Banks, Hall and Jackson.
His philosophy was simple: treat everybody the same so you don’t have to remember how you treated anyone. And “same” to Rick meant with respect, care and concern. He personally guaranteed every job, and strove for 100% customer satisfaction.
In 2006, Rick's life was cut short by cancer. His wife Patti now runs the business, and carries on Rick's business philosophy- treat all customers the same: with respect, care and concern.
Patti has stayed with the Chem-Dry business because she believes Chem-Dry offers a superior cleaning process that enhances the look of carpet and upholstery. It cleans better, reduces recurring stains, and is safe and non-toxic for the family and pets. When we say our system is Drier. Cleaner.Healthier ™. we really mean it!
