THERE WAS NO "QUALITY" IN THEIR WORK. SO WE CALLED STAR CHEM DRY, AS THEY WERE RECOMMENDED TO US BY OUR REALTOR. FIRST OF ALL THEY LOOKED AT ALL OF THE ROOMS THAT NEEDED TO HAVE THE CARPETS CLEANED. THEY DISCUSSED EACH ROOM WITH US EXPLAINING WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO REMOVE STAINS AND SUCH FROM THE CARPETS. THEN THEY GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE. The cleaning was outstanding. I have berber carpet and the installer told me it couldn't be cleaned b/c wool shrinks so it hadn't been cleaned in 10 YEARS! Chem Dry came in and using their steam system made my carpet look almost new and guess what no shrinkage! I could not believe the difference!
