I would like to thank you for the timely manner in which you responded to our recent request for your water damage restoration services. The request was made following a major water line rupture in our Witchduck Road property on Sunday, October 14, 2001. Your team came to our rescue within approximately one hour after our property manager, Minnette, called you. These gentlemen went to work immediately, handling lots of water and furniture. Their work was completed within a few hours.

By Monday, with air movers running and carpets drying, our tenant was able to return to work, and within three days the carpets were completely dry with absolutely no damage. In the past I have had the Steam steaming process and found my carpets wet, sticky and after a few days dirty again in heavy use areas. In late July my son’s home in Virginia Beach was flooded due to a “Quest” piping failure. USAA claims representatives responded in your usual prompt and efficient manner. I would be remiss id I did not take the time to write a letter of compliment for the two young men, from your service, who cleaned our pale blue carpet. They arrived in good moods, even if they were running late. But they called and explained and arrived at the time they said they would.

They were quite pleasant to chat with and went quickly about their work. We had some old stains and the carpet was looking sad. In fact, we were thinking of replacing it. But, I can’t believe they got the stains out. By the time it dried and I gave it a good vacuum, the next morning, the carpet looked wonderful!

“Chem-Dry Stain Extinguisher” really works. I’ve tried them all and now I finally know which one to buy. I have a dog in my house so I have some really tough stains. All the stain removers I’ve used claimed to be the answer to my problems. None of them were. Some even made them worse. “Resolve” left stains of its own. “Woolite Deep Cleaner” was great on dirt but didn’t touchthe stains. “Erase” really erased the stain – and the color from my carpet along with it. I used several pet store stain removers also. They didn’t bleach but they didn’t remove the spot either.

I don’t know how much money I’ve waster on “claims” but I do know I’m not going to waste any more. I used Chem-Dry this morning and I’ll never use anything else again.
