The demand for his cleaning services mushroomed and soon friends and family clamored for his secret. Tracy and Lucie Woolery have been Chem-Dry owner/operators together since 1988. We and our staff have many years of experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning and protecting; carpet repair with cleaning; emergency water extraction and restoration; identifying, treating, and removing urine and other waste. Tracy has been called upon by manufacturers to inspect carpets and provide expert evaluations. He has also served as one of ten regional franchisee representatives to our parent company, Harris Research Inc. Tracy and Lucie enjoy mentoring and encouraging fellow Chem-Dry franchisees.

Prospective employees must
- demonstrate they are honest, punctual, and responsible
- demonstrate that they work well with people
- have a clean criminal record
- display excellent English communication skills
- be willing/able to take/pass unannounced drug testing
- be tidy and clean with no odor or scent
- have no visible tattoo or body piercing
- not expose their midriff, front or rear cleavage
- conform to parent company's uniform & best practices standards

In addition,
- technicians must be able to lift and move equipment
- technicians must be able to move some furniture
- lead technicians must have a current driver's license in their possession, provide documentation of their good driving record for the past 3 continuous years, and with no DUI ever.
