July 7, 2007 M&D Chem-Dry shows a 100% increase in revenue thru the first 6 months of 2007 over the previous year. Almost 1 in 3 customers is a repeat or referal. Says co-owner/operator Michael Lugo, "It just shows that if you treat people with respect and give them a good value, they won't just be a customer , they'll become a friend". Co-owner and customer service rep., Diane Lugo adds, "sometimes when I call a customer to check on the service they received the day before, they're so excited they give me someone to call right then".
