Posted on 3/5/2008  Top Quality & Service! - I had my wall to wall carpets cleaned and the technician did a thorough job. He took his time, paid attention to detail, and helped me move things out of the way. He offered additional services without being a pushy salesman. He spoke to me in a way that I could understand his business and what carpet cleaning entailed. It was a good value and I was pleased. I will hire them again. 

Posted on 2/27/2008  Exceptional Service & Quality - I have used Chem-Dry Lenox both personally and professionally and I have to say they do excellent work. However their best feature is their service; they do what they say they are going to do and they do it at the price quoted. It is nice to work with a professional organization who is trustworthy, dependable and honest. Highly recommend to my friends and business associates.  

Posted on 2/25/2008  Quality, Time Sensitive Service! - I have not only used Lenox Chem-Dry a number of times myself, no less than a dozen of my coworkers and friends have utilized their service. They are extremely responsive, very diligent and, most importantly, their work is meticulous. Always an excellent experience and a company I have no qualms in recommemding!

I was really impressed with the fact that the quote they gave me for the cleaning was exactly what they charged. There were no "extra" or "hidden" charges which are typical for carpet cleaning businesses. They picked up and delivered my rugs as scheduled and did an excellent job.

We were very pleased with the service. Our carpet in this area is 20 years old, and of course in no way did we expect it to look new after the treatment. However, it does look much brighter, several major spots are totally gone, and we are no longer considering replacing it.
