Billy called when they finished their second appointment, and they were on their way.  I confirmed that they had directions to the house--they did, perfectly.  

 

     They were sitting in the driveway when I got home, and signaled that I was to park in the driveway as they moved.  According to Mike, had just arrived.

 

     Took a tour of our small (wonderful!) house and began the job.  Did a SUPER job on the carpet--look better than we'd seen it before.  Mike even worked hard and removed some black ink/grease spots on the office carpet, which had been driving us  crazy.

 

     When done, reworked the bill, because our house is smaller than the usual 3 bedroom that they do.  Saved us some money, which we all like.  I continue to be amazed by the work that they do, and how pleasantly and efficiently they do it.  I will be a customer forever! Thanks for the really good work.

    It was amazing to see no soap or lather left behind after the job was done. Your products were efficient to the task at hand, by getting to the root cause as to why I wanted my carpet cleaned in the first place. A strange shadow did appear (probably from the padding) in our gameroom after the carpet was cleaned.
