moisture vs chem-dry

Drier, Cleaner, Healthier!

Drier!  Chem-Dry cleaning uses a fraction of the water of steam cleaning and our carbonating process leaves your carpets sparkling clean and dry in 1-2 hours, not 1-2 days!

Cleaner!  Our natural carbonating extraction process and solutions deep clean carpet in a gentle way without the gallons of soapy cleaning chemicals that steam cleaners rely on.  That means virtually no residue is left behind to attract dirt and resoil your carpet.

Healthier!  With Chem-Dry, dirt, dust and other allergens are lifted to the surface and swept away.  Steam cleaning can force them deeper into your carpet and create a breeding ground for mold and bacteria.

Since 1977 Chem-Dry East Bay has been cleaning carpets in the East Bay Area.  We are family owned and operated and all our technicians have been with our company over five years.  We serve: Central & East Contra Costa County, Benicia,& Vallejo

Pet urine bacteria results based on Chem-Dry’s HCE cleaning process and a sanitizer, combined with P.U.R.T. All bacteria results include use of sanitizer. Figures are an average across multiple tests.
