business. I googled "chem dry carpet cleaning" about noon today when I had
not heard back from the other company with a time they would be here today.
I found your business, made a phone call and got a nice representative who
set me up with a carpet cleaning this afternoon! Your technician, Carey,
called me before he came.  He did a wonderful job explaining to me what
would be done and even helped me with a room the other company wanted TOO much money to clean.  He did a fantastic job cleaning both rooms I needed cleaning along with the additional room he had advised me on. I  will be calling your company again.  I will also request Carey.  He was very
professional and did a very thorough job, both cleaning and raking the
