What Makes Us Different
Clean Cut Chem-Dry knows that when a client calls it’s not because they need something cleaned it’s because they have a need and a concern.
My Customer Service Reps (CSRs) know how to answer the phone, take down your contact information and if requested provide you with an estimate and a possible booking. But this is not the true beginning for now.
The CSRs are located in a virtual office out in Texas. It’s a virtual office service that I pay for to help me answer my phones. The “True” interaction with Clean Cut Chem-Dry begins when my client liaison or my technicians make contact with you our client. This is when you will start to experience the true client hospitality that I provide all my clients.
My technicians, client liaison and I are in constant communication. They will almost always call me when communicating with a client. Because our clients all have different needs and concerns I address those needs and concerns individually.
My client may have a rental that they are moving out of and would like to get their deposit back. This client is not going to need anything else other then the basic cleaning at the lowest possible cost.
Or my client may be the person renting out a unit to a future tenant and so they would like the carpets freshened and possibly sanitized. They also may not want to incur too much of a cost.
I also have clients who are renting and would like to have the carpets freshened up without incurring too much of a cost as they don’t own them.
Then I have our client who has made some type of investment in their floorings and furnishings as they own their home. They may want the “Healthy Home Package” which includes the “Basic Cleaning”, the "Protectant”, the "Sanitizer”, the "Deodorizer” and possibly the “Anti-Allergen” This client is not concerned with cost they are concerned with protecting their investment.
I understand that my clients do not all
have the same needs and concerns.
