meet the owner.pngFrom the owner:

I first became involved with Chem-Dry in 1984 while attending college. I worked for a local franchise throughout my college years and after graduation. I was completely sold on the process of using carbonation as a cleaning agent and amazed at the results obtained day in and day out. In 1994, when a franchise became available for purchase in the Sacramento area, I jumped on it.

I have watched and learned over the years as the Chem-Dry process has continued to grow and develop new technologies, improving this already amazing process. I've been trained, tested and approved as a master technician in carpet and upholstery cleaning. This includes the identification of carpet fibers and unique upholstery fabrics, specialty spot removal, and odor treat- ments, including the removal of urine odors and areas damaged by pets.

Over the past 20 years of having my own franchise I have developed an impeccable reputation in the Sacramento aestimate.pngrea, serving 4,000+ customers in both residential and commercial spheres. I have earned an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, not having one single complaint.

I urge new customers to try my service. I’ll personally perform the work, making an unconditional promise to evaluate the work to be performed and give you a very fair and competitive price with recommendations on any specialty spot or odor problems. I'll do the job to your satisfaction, and if you’re not totally satisfied, I will return to your home or business to rectify any problems. If I can't remove the stain or odor problem, nobody can – you have my word!

*Based on studies conducted by independent laboratories of Chem-Dry’s HCE (Hot Carbonating Extraction), P.U.R.T. (Pet Urine Removal Treatment), Granite Countertop Renewal, and Tile, Stone & Grout cleaning processes. Allergens tested were dog and cat dander and dust mite allergen. Pet odor results based on testing with the most common odor sources found in dog and cat urine. Pet urine bacteria results based on Chem-Dry’s HCE cleaning process and a sanitizer, combined with P.U.R.T. All bacteria results include use of sanitizer. Figures are an average across multiple tests.
