Todd and Deb Wilcox purchased the Chem-Dry franchise rights to McLean and Dewitt Counties in the fall of 1999. Both Todd and Deb grew up in Central Illinois.  Todd's Chem-Dry experience was gained through working with his brother-in-law, Dave Sweet at Capital City Chem-Dry in Indianapolis, Indiana. Todd and Deb have built their franchise on the principles of exceeding customer expectations, in the area of service and quality.

Today, Chem-Dry of Central Illinois consists of 2 full-time employees and 1 part-tme employee.  Chem-Dry of Central Illinois is using the latest hot carbonated extraction, truck mounted equipment on every carpet cleaning job.  Todd is fully trained and certified by the IICRC in the area of water restoration and structural drying.  Chem-Dry of Central Illinois added Superior Tile and Stone cleaning services to our customers in 2008.
