Name: Jeff Carstens
Title:President - Owner/Operator
Description: Jeff purchased Chem-Dry Carpet Care of Lincoln in July of 1987 at the age of 18. Jeff continues to be involved in the day to day operations. Jeff loves to spend his non working hours with his family. Jeff married his high school sweetheart Sandy in 1990 and they have 4 children Ali 14, Connor 13, Tyler 9 and Ethan 6. They spend much of their free time going from one sporting event to another. Jeff is the club director of the Lincoln Jr. Hawk Wrestling Club as well as coaching many other youth sports which his children are involved in. After 20 years in the carpet cleaning industry he still loves his job and looks forward to many more years in the business.

Title: Office Manager/Customer Service Representative
Description: Sandy began working full time in the business in 2001. By working with Jeff, she could be there for her children; which is the best benefit of self-employment. When not working or "taxiing" the children Sandy is an avid volleyball fan, playing (played on 2 state championship teams at Lincoln East and at Kearney State and now competitive Rec teams), coaching and following the Huskers. Sandy continues to enjoy her roll in the business and looks forward to continuing to help the business succeed.
