Mom and Baby on carpet Chem-Dry Carpet Solutions commenced business in November of 2008. Rob & Karen Cochran reside in Frederick County with our three sons and 4 dogs. As we move toward being empty nesters we decided to open a business that we could grow into a cornerstone service in Frederick County. After almost 8 months of research we could not find a better product than Chem-Dry. The plan now is to grow our business “ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME”. The product is amazing, everyone who uses our service states they will “NEVER” use steam cleaning again.

As an owner of a Chem-Dry franchise, my wife and I have combined our strong work ethic, entrepreneurial focus and desire to combine a SUPERIOR brand with SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
