What do these do?
Carpet Technician
Our main goal is to give exceptional customer service to Brooke's Chem-Dry's clients and to adhere to job duties and company policies. The cleaning technician will perform carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, light restoration, apply protection, deodorization, technical assistance and other related services to Brooke's Chem-Dry's clients in a polite, professional, efficient and thorough manner.
Requirements: 1. Complete adherence to comany policies and mission statement. 2. Be to work 10-15 minutes before morning meeting and/or departure time. 3. Be aware of daily goals and strive to accomplish them. 4. Participate in all company meetings. 5. Deliver excellent customer service. 6. Perform cleaning services to the highest degree of excellence. 7. Offer and provide customers with extra services and leave behind products (yellow folder). 8. Explain the referral program. 9. Maintain and safeguard all equipment. 10. During work hours must be available to communicate with the office. 11. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. You will be required to communicate with customers and be able to sell.
