Chem-Dry now offers the availability for customers to request a home cleaning appointment, ask for details for a price quote and to send feedback - all via the World Wide Web.

"Customers are now able to communicate with Chem-Dry when they want," said Ed Quinlan, marketing manager for Harris Research, Inc., Chem-Dry's parent company. "People want to use the Internet to communicate with companies and to arrange home services."

Each page on the service provider's site features a phone number and e-mail link.
