Dennis Campbell was ready for a change in direction that would place him in a business ownership postition. After evaluating a number of business opportunites the Chem-Dry Franchise model just stood out above the rest.  He wanted to have a business that allowed him to differentiate himself based on a robust process and a strong focus on quality, service and delivery. He knows a really good process when he sees one, not to mention a great organization!

In 2006, he got started with Chem-Dry. At the 2008 national Chem-Dry convention he was recognized with the Bright Horizon Award - really an amazing honor. He is a master technician, certified in oriental area rugs, water damage restoration services (IICRC) and structural drying (American Drying Institute).

Chem-Dry's cleaning systems are recognized as the best in the industry by the Nations leading carpet mills and by the Carpet & Rug Institute. Chem-Dry of Allen County is a Carpet & Rug Insititue Seal of Approval Service Provider and an Insititute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification - Certified Firm.
