Dear ABC Chem-Dry, This past weekend I had my carpets cleaned by your company.  Your technician , Richie was great.  He was professional , answered all my questions (which were many!!) and was ever so nice.  I had a red stain that was completely removed.  He was ever so patient as it seemed to be very stubborn.  I cannot even tell where it was anymore!  He did a fantastic job.  My Carpets look great  and pet oder seems to have disappeared.  I would definitely use your company again and would highly recommend it to my family & friends.  Thank You.
