I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleased we are with AAA Chem-Dry of Portland. The quality of product you provide is unmatched. I have used all types of carpet cleaning services in the past 10 years and none can meet the standards of the Chem-Dry process. For hotels there are two critical issues; how easily the carpets clean up after you treat them, and down time before we can get back in to the rooms or use the hallways. I know of no other process for cleaning carpets that can beat you in these categories.
What sets you apart from all other services (even other Chem-Dry companies) is the quality of your service. Cleaning is one thing, being able to do it without interrupting housekeeping’s daily duties is a miracle. Fred is one of the most professional foremen I have had the pleasure to work with. When the crew is on site, we will meet in the morning to discuss strategy for the day, and I never have to check with him again. I know the work will be done without affecting guest experience or staff work schedule.
I’d have to admit that your company is the first I have worked with that has received all the hotel’s cleaning contracts including drapery, upholstery and tile, which is the reason dealing with you saves me time and money.
